Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and OneStopReal LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), which operates LaRevolt: the game, the Android app and the website at larevolt.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these Terms for it.

3. The game and your account

• Solo games against bots work offline. When you're online, the app creates a guest account for you automatically; online features (online play, friends, tournaments and the points wallet) use it.
• You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
• A guest account is tied to your device. If you remove the app or clear its data without signing in with Google, it may be lost permanently.
• One account per person, please. Creating extra accounts to gain points, prizes or ranking is not allowed.

4. Points and prizes

• Points are a virtual, in-game currency with no monetary value. They can't be bought, sold, transferred between players, or exchanged for money, goods or anything else of value. LaRevolt is not gambling.
• You can earn points through play, bonuses and optional ads, and spend them in the game (for example on tournament entries). Prizes are points only.
• Points are licensed to you for use in the game; you don't own them. We may adjust point amounts, prizes and rules to keep the game fair and balanced, correct balances that resulted from errors or abuse, and remove points when an account is deleted, suspended for breaking these Terms, or when the Service ends.

5. Fair play and conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, scripts or modified clients, or exploit bugs (please report them to us instead);
• collude with other players, or deliberately lose to benefit another account;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, or send hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise offensive content;
• choose a username that is offensive, misleading, impersonates someone or infringes someone else's rights;
• share other people's personal information, or spam;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, or try to access it in ways we don't offer;
• use the Service for anything illegal.

6. Usernames and messages

You're responsible for your username and anything you send at a table. You let us store, display and moderate that content to run the Service. We may rename usernames, remove messages, mute chat or take other action when content breaks these Terms or someone reports it. You can report and block players in the game.

7. Ads

The Service is free and may show ads, including optional ads you can watch for points. Ads are provided by third parties; we're not responsible for their content or for products they advertise.

8. Suspension and ending your use

We may warn, mute, suspend or close accounts, remove points or remove players from leaderboards when we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, or to protect players or the Service. You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Our rights

The game, its name, design, artwork, code and content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment under these Terms. Please don't copy, modify, sell or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows.

10. Changes and availability

We're continually improving the game, so features, rules and settings may change. We may also pause or end the Service, or parts of it. We'll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes. Online features need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't make warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that game data will never be lost.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, points or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

13. Your responsibility

If you break these Terms or the law while using the Service, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs this causes us, to the extent the law allows.

14. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you live in a country that gives you mandatory consumer rights, such as the right to bring claims in your local courts, those rights still apply. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

15. App stores

If you downloaded LaRevolt from Google Play, Google's terms also apply to that download. These Terms are between you and us, not Google.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. For significant changes we'll also let you know in the game. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
